All 87pcom accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Either party may terminate a Player's 87pcom account at any time.
Termination by the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting 87pcom support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC verification and these Terms.
Termination by 87pcom: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete KYC, regulatory direction, or where continued operation of the account would expose 87pcom to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud or Terms breach), 87pcom reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
87pcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 87pcom will provide reasonable notice to Players via:
Your continued use of the 87pcom platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 87pcom holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 87pcom arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 87pcom from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
